Leadership is not just about passing knowledge onto those under your tutelage. It is also about learning and continuing to grow as an educator. My professional development has been varied and certainly interesting. Learn more by clicking here.

As I have moved into more and more leadership positions, I have now written an educational leadership philosophy to highlight the kind of Principal I aspire to be and continue to grow as.
