· Co-ordinated syndicate sport and music

· Coached and managed the Kedgley Girls Basketball team (Auckland Champions of Champions, 1996 and 1997)

· Trained school cross country team (coach/manager)

· Trained and managed school athletics team

· Responsible for co-coordinating the school wide athletics day

· Coached the Kedgley Year 8 girls softball

· Head of Drama Club

· Stage co-ordinator for the school concert (shown on national television)

· Asked to co-direct/produce the school production

· Coached the School Public Speaking finalists for Auckland competition

· Member of the committee for writing school wide exams

· Member of the Kedgley Awards Criteria Committee

Responsibilities:

· Taught accelerated learning programme

· Designed, developed and prepared specialized curriculum – innovative and student focused

· Fostered an environment where the children can work and learn independently

· Extended learning beyond the mainstream classroom

· Designed a format for children to act as peer tutors for special needs classes, for example ESOL students

· Responsible for education outside the classroom activities

· Responsible for encouraging community awareness and involvement in the school

· Increased students exposure to life experiences

· Planned lessons to groups of children to meet their levels for Maths, Spelling and Reading
