· Developed, communicated and implemented an inquiry model for teaching and learning across the school
· Curriculum mentorship with staff in leadership of Literacy, Maths, Arts, Technology and Inquiry

· Leading extension projects in S.T.E.M. with South Sci for student development

Responsibilities:
· Supports the Principal with the educational leadership of the school community

· Leading staff in the development and refinement of their teaching practice to improve student learning outcomes

· Establishing and implementing an action plan in relation to meeting the goals
· Monitoring changes/progress made by teachers and students in relation to the goals
· Knowledge and understanding about Maori/Pasifika achievement in relation to the goals and aspirations identified in Ka Hikitea/Pasifika Education Plan/Tataiako
· Use of culturally responsive teaching practices when promoting quality outcomes for Maori/Pasifika students within the school
