Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Prep Time - 8 min. Stand - 30 min. Bake - 40 min.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  1. Stir together first 11 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip top plastic bag.
  2. Prick pork with a fork and place in the marinade, turning to coat.
  3. Cover dish, or seal bag; let pork stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, or chill for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade. Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
  5. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the pork registers 160º.

Yield - 8 servings.
