NOTE It is understood that Parish Council may use any relevant material from this site to review/monitor Listed Buildings, and other structures in parish not listed but of interest (see: 'Wish List'). This is in accord with the responses of our community, as documented in the 2005 Maiden Bradley Parish Plan.

(a)
There are 19 official listed structures, as designated by English Heritage. 3 of these are: 20/21 - 25/26 - 27/28. If regarded as separate dwellings (semi-detached), we have 22 listeds. A query I have is regarding 5 The Rank (which has an old well in the front garden, currently on Wish List). The latter may well be a Listed Building. However, it is classified as a Monument (see link). This might be how the 23 figure was arrived at in the above snippet (page 4). English heritage will be approached, regarding that apparent anomaly, when documenting this: 'post Medieval house 1780 to 1800''. In the meantime, 19 Listed Buildings remains the official number.

Note (b)
The 'other listed structures', mentioned in the above snippet (page 8), follow the same logic outlined in (a). Namely, they add 3 more to the English Heritage 19, marking the figure up to 22. This is, as previously noted, a result of splitting the semi-detached structures (20/21 - 25/26 - 27/28) into separate address entities.
