Use the High Powered point buy out of the DMG.

Initial character creation is to use races, classes, etc from the PHB.

The following are a list of questions I would like answered for your character”

What are your characters motivations? What is are they afraid of what excites them? What drives your character.

Where was your character 5 years ago? How old were they? What were

they doing. Who were they doing it with and why?

What God(s) does your character pray to regularly and why?

11 Character Alignments

This is a heroic game. You are to start out with a good alignment.
