This if the first year that I, personally, have had to use the Albuquerque Rapid Ride system. And it's BORING. Luckily, though, it's the perfect place to start an Aris game. If there was a game that worked along the bus lines, you wouldn't have to go anywhere special to play a game, which I think is a drawback to some Aris games. It can be hard to find enough motivation for people to go somewhere that’s inconvenient for them just to play a game. But time spent on this bus is dead time for a lot of people.

For the game to be successful, it needs to be something that can go on continuously. People wouldn’t want to do the same thing every time they use the system. So, I propose a game that changes according to how long the person has been playing. At bus stops, or other points of interest around the line, players pick up coins. Some coins can just be collected by proximity, others have to be gained by answering questions from people on the map. The coins are used to tell how long a person has been playing and based on that, location of coins can change and difficulty of questions can increase. There is also an opportunity for information plaques to be placed on the map that would interest people along the ride. I think people will enjoy the game because it will be a personal challenge to see how many coins you can collect.
