Duke City Dealers sounds too much like a drug game and with the popularity of Breaking Bad it can worsen our reputation as a meth + opiate state.

Similarly we're changing the format of game because of spawn issues to be not so much about the taxation but rather about the frequency of random negative chances that make purchasing properties harder.

So let's start posting comments of new ideas for a better title.
