Meredith Woehler

Meredith Woehler (meredith.woehler@uky.edu) is a fourth year doctoral candidate in management at the University of Kentucky. Meredith’s research interests include individual differences (especially gender and personality), identity, and the evolution of individuals’ social networks. Her dissertation examines gender differences in the way men and women are perceived as they attempt to develop effective networks of workplace relationships through their networking behaviors, as well as how others’ perceptions impact their ability to capitalize on their investments in networking.
