Kiho Jun

Kiho Jun is a 3rd year student in the management department. He completed his master’s degree in Korea. He also worked at several institutions including research institutes and a local orchestra in Korea. His research manly focuses on explaining how and why individuals in a group take the leadership role from a social network perspective. He investigate leadership processes in groups or organization in three contexts: (a) informal leadership in a group, (b) identity and identification, and (c) conflicts within a team.
