Every time you learn one of the Skills in this Category you can train your Life force so that it becomes resistant to the effects of one Focussed Magic Spell. The table gives a full list of the Focussed Magic Spells that you can gain resistance to, together with the level of proficiency you need to learn the resistance. Where there is more than one level of a Spell, you must learn Resistance to them in order of level, starting with the lowest. For example, to learn RESISTANCE TO SILENCE II you must already have RESISTANCE TO SILENCE I. This is the only restriction on the order you buy the Immunities, so if you wish to by RESISTANCE TO POWER WORD I, you can do so even if you do not have any Level I Resistances.
