I researched inexpensive, non-toxic (well, don't drink them) recipes while working at a preschool, and found tons of them in Clean House Clean Planet
by Karen Logan. This freebie is a flyer/poster with introductions to the essential ingredients and recipes for the main cleaners we used. Click on "attachments" at the bottom of the page for a downloadable pdf.
