- Land the kite and secure using a peg.
- Remove the flying lines from the kite and knot each pair (i.e. left and right) together using a larks head knot (saves a lot of hassle later, believe me).
- Remove each vertical spar by pulling the bottom bungee, then lay them across the lines (just so you don't leave them on the field).
- Remove the wingtip end caps, again by pulling on the bungees.
- Break apart the leading edge, by holding the central section in one hand, and pulling the exposed leading edge spars at the wingtips. Alternatively you could remove all the leading edge spars - place them onto of the vertical spars.
- Fold each wingtip into the centre.
- Place all the spars on the mesh by the leading edge.
- Roll the kite from the leading edge, down to the bottom of the kite, incorporating the spars, and any bridle lines into the roll.
- Finally put away your flying lines as per the Looking after 4 Lines page.
