Artifact: Pacing Guide for Fountas & Pinnell Interactive Read Aloud Implementation
Reflection: The artifact I have selected to highlight for this substandard is an example of how I have contributed to our school's culture for learning. I have had the joy to collaborate with my teammates within PLC's and also at additional Fountas and Pinnell Curriculum meetings throughout the year. As part of the first year of our implementation of these new curriculum materials, we have spent considerable time supporting one another with pacing and the order of implementation with pieces of the curriculum. To ease the workload on our full team and provide space for other work during our time together, I supported our team's goals by putting together this pacing guide. As the year has gone on, we have been able to take notes about timing and cohesion of text sets with other components of the curriculum to continue our professional development moving forward.
