Description
This agenda from our Administrative Advancement included two hours of Raptor Reunification Training. This included a review of the reunification process and training for completing reunification within the Raptor System in an emergency or crisis.
Reflection
As the building leader, I must be prepared to respond in the case of an emergency or crisis. Ensuring that I am trained in the practices and procedures being utilized across the district so that I can use them efficiently and support my staff with their use. Having procedures helps staff feel safe in their environment and helps us all be prepared to address emergencies.

Description
This is my certificate of attendance at CPI (Restrictive Procedures) training. This training helps me to support the de-escalation of situations to maintain safety within our building for students and staff. If a situation were to become dangerous, this training has also given me the tools to diffuse the situation safely.
Reflection
Building leaders must be able to intervene when situations with students become more aggressive, especially when supporting students with identified emotional or behavioral needs. This training has made me a better leader for my Special Education staff to rely on when our EBD students are having challenging days.

Description
This certificate confirms my completion of Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Prevention training. This is a yearly requirement to ensure that I can maintain a safe environment for myself, our staff, and our students.
Reflection
Accidents happen in schools, and people get sick, so knowing how to respond and handle situations that involve bodily fluids is an important part of keeping everyone safe in our school. Monitoring the completion of training like this for my staff helps to ensure that everyone is doing their part to keep our students and one another safe from preventable issues.
