Observation Report: One item that provides evidence of my competence with this criterion is an observation report completed by my principal following a formal observation of my teaching. This report outlines how I used questioning, a visual PowerPoint, peer to peer discussions, and allowed students access to previous notes when reviewing vocabulary. These accomodations are examples of my responsiveness to student needs and ability to adjust instruction accordingly. This lesson was early in the unit, so I knew students would need those supports in order to meet the goals of the review. However, as the unit progressed I began to remove some of those scaffolds, again responding to the needs of students.
