Passion and sharing are the two words that characterize the best the first international seminar of ISKK held in Cascais, Portugal on 1-2-3-4November 2012. On the invitation of Sensei Carlos Perreira, Sensei John Rakoto went to share the values and practice of Shitoryu Karatedo Yoshukan Kenshikai founded by Shihan Mizuguchi Hirofumi.

The event lasted four days with daily workouts in the morning and late afternoon. Beyond the theory and technique, Sensei John Rakoto shared his vision of BUDO underlining the importance of SHIN GI TAI – the unity of mind, body and technique.

Several dojos of MSK Kenshikai Portugal were represented; the participants’ practice and attitude demonstrated the work well done by their instructors. This seminar was the first step preparing Shihan Mizuguchi Hirofumi’s future coming in 2014.
