DONATIONS & SUBSIDIES

If you can, please consider making a donation to the subsidy fund.

Fundraising and any extra donations made for Intention by those able and generous will be made available for subsidies. Everyone attending must pay the full fee upfront and will receive subsidies as available after the event. Subsidies are granted as we are able.

A subsidy can be requested of up to $100. Deadline is Monday  Dec 24, recipients will be notified at the event.  We used to notify people over a week ahead of the event, but have needed to change this with our fundraiser the 21st and registration being extended. All subsidies will be reimbursed by cheque at the event. 

CONDITIONS OF USE & Release and Waiver of Liability

We have to be diligent about this process this year, and participants will need to check in upon arrival to receive proof of registration. We will be checking for this before you are allowed into the food lineup!

  2. Paypal total funds to intentioninfo@gmail.com, copy the confirmation number & then complete the online registration form below

  3. Registration closes when spaces sell out, or latest  Monday Dec 24.
