Thesis on "Impact of Climate Change on Wheat Production: A Case of Pakistan"

Comments on the submission;

There is a HUGE amount of IRRELEVANT material. Proposal should be short, and should focus on WHAT IS THE CONTRIBUTION of this research.

FIRST: The literature review is an annotated bibliography. See Student Guide Website to understand the difference.

SECOND: The following things MUST be done in the literature review:

A: Has any VAR model of this type been estimated?

B: What are the methodologies currently in use in the literature for looking at climate change impacts?

C: Are you following the literature? If so a comparison of your results to similar results from elsewhere?

D: Some discussion of the validity of the model you are using? Are the variables similar to those others have used? What is the justification for including them and excluding others?

E: If you are not following the literature then some discussion of why your methodology is preferable to other methodologies.

THE MAIN POINT IS THE FOLLOWING:

EVERY article discussed in the Lit Review should be RELATED to the research you are doing. YOU MUST EXPLAIN HOW it is related -- why are you including the article in the lit review. I have explained this in detail in the Student Guide.
