This is a general sound/tech checklist for our services. Things might vary a bit from service to service, but for the most part all items here need to be checked for each service.
Microphones
Vocalists
Mic for Pastor
Extra mic on pulpit for people that might come forward to speak
Interactio
Computer up front for Interactio
External microphone for computer up front is helpful for when Chris is listening in to the service off site; not necessary for normal usage
Computer in sound room for translation with external mic
ProPresenter

Content showing on the screen?
Take a brief look through the ProPresenter list for the day and have quick access to the service list here on this webpage to know which songs go with each part of the service
TV in back
Turned on?
Is content from ProPresenter showing?
Sound monitors
IEIM wireless pack; make sure volume is adjusted for those using them
Stage monitors - I don't think there's a lot you can do to control these
Can you talk to the team through mic at the soundboard?
Background music and Spotify
Background music at the beginning of services should be more lowkey
If you have spare time to search for good background music on Spotify, please do so, and take note of the artists
