-Powerpoint creation: Henry G will be sharing their Powerpoint with Chris Cashman
-Powerpoint operator: Cate B
-Projector & computer set-up: Cate B
-Laptop: from office for now. This may change. Chris $ will take care of this.
-Sound / mic: Christopher, Efrain, Lorenzo. Will you all be there? Please let me know if you will not be.
-Vocals: 5 vocalists from Henry's church, and one of these will be Henry at the piano
-Instruments: Piano, jambe, acoustic guitar. Acoustic needs to be plugged directly into our system.
-Sound check: Music group will be arriving at 6:00pm for sound check. Sound guys should arrive to church by 5:30pm to set up.
-Video: Yes. Will be embedded in Powerpoint once received. Sound system should be hooked up to laptop up front.
