Boathouse Leisure Centre plan 2004-2006

Hubbard Architecture drew up plans to build a leisure centre around the boathouse in 2006. This plan was not used and the boathouse has been refurbished as an additional flat in keeping with the rest of the building and maintining the original exterior and setting of the boathouse.
