Organizational Design and Engineering CFP's

The International Journal of Organisational Design and Engineering (IJODE) and the associated workshops (IWODE09, IWODE11) has two call for papers. ODE is germane to healthcare IT beset by organizational dysfunction and unintended consequences reflecting little harmony between organization and artifact.
2nd International Workshop on Organizational Design and Engineering (IWODE 2011) on
8 June 2011 in conjunction with 19th European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS 2011)
Deadline: February 1, 2011
The Workshop is aimed at advancing research and practice in ODE by bringing together individuals or groups working on the same or related areas and finding out how the various perspectives might be made to converge in terms of research objectives, methodologies and results. An important aim is also to promote collaborative research, including not only academics but also practitioners.

Papers in this focus theme section might address, but are not limited to
