The Gifts For First Year Vet Students

My first day at Vet school I got a flute, a book about Aletta Jacobs, some lights for my bike and a talk about the Utrecht rapist that was active on and around the university grounds (De Uithof in 1997), when I started my studies.  Most of the gifts were to keep me save during my studies. I still have the flute, it is on one of the pictures. 

The Book About Aletta Jacobs

The book about Aletta Jacobs was meant as inspiration for the female vet students. Aletta Jacobs was one of the first female docs (arts). Aletta is part of the Dutch Canon about the history of The Netherlands.

Women Are Also Part Of The World

In my new project 'Women Are Part Of The World' I tell about the women I meet when hiking, visiting museums, etc. I do this, because there is a lack of respect for women and most women are wiped out of history. The role women play in history and in daily life is being minimized to being volunteers, housewives, etc. Nothing against these roles, but women are doing more in this world.

Aletta Jacobs Fonds is 3rd quarter 1 percent ngo of Databeet in 2022, because this foundation is making the world aware that women are also part of the world. This means that from each 100 euros I earn, 1 euro goes to this ngo. This is one of the 17 sustainability goals the world must reach in 2030, safety for everyone!
