The Exhibitions Department is available via phone (212-838-6690, ext. 4) and email Mondays-Fridays, as well as onsite at The Club Tuesdays-Thursdays. We are onsite Monday-Fridays during installation periods. We are happy to connect any time to discuss any aspect of your exhibition.
Regular meetings regarding your exhibition plans will facilitate your project. Whether in person, or by telephone, web conference or e-mail, communication is vital to your success.
Curators generally discuss exhibition proposals in detail with the Grolier Club Director and/or relevant committee Chairs before submitting a formal proposal. Upon acceptance of your proposal, we will host a launch meeting with the curator and relevant staff members to introduce everyone, establish clear lines of communication, and discuss how we can guide exhibition and publication development.
We will establish a schedule of regular meetings thereafter with any exhibition stakeholders and key Grolier staff. Involving as many individuals associated with the project as possible will make your planning more efficient.
Generally, communication via e-mail should cc'd to the Director of Exhibitions on a continuing basis throughout the course of your exhibition planning. This will most efficiently facilitate all aspects of your project from beginning to end.
