Grolier Club exhibitions include a variety of collateral, or designed printed material, to promote the exhibition and define a cohesive aesthetic character of the exhibition.
We recommend retaining the graphic designer with whom you worked on your catalogue to design the remaining collateral for the exhibition. If you have not retained the services of a designer, we can recommend designers with whom we have previously worked. Once selected, we will schedule an introductory meeting with your designer to review the collateral order and submit a formal order on your behalf.
The core elements of the collateral are the Signature Image and the Typeface Suite that your graphic designer will use to build the promotional package. Templates in this guide will help your designer to ensure that the designed elements and didactics (informative texts) follow Grolier Club standards and will facilitate the production of materials for your exhibition. As in any aspect of your exhibition, Grolier Club staff are available to assist you with any questions that may arise.
