The promotional banner for your exhibition will hang in front of the Grolier Club for the duration of the exhibition, and it will be designed by the graphic designer using your signature image and typeface, then approved by Club staff. A first draft of the banner is due twelve weeks prior to installation to allow sufficient production time. The Grolier Club assumes the design and production costs of the Banner; all final designs and texts are subject to approval in writing by the Grolier Club’s Director, Director of Exhibitions, and Public Exhibitions Chairperson.
The image you provide must be at least 200 dpi at reproduction size (in this case, 144" tall). That means that if you provide us with a 5" x 7" image, it must have a resolution of at least 3000 dpi.
We require PDF or TIFF format. Note that the top edge of the banner is on a 20 degree angle and should be designed accordingly.
