Kayak Gradings and Abbreviations

The following changes have been made to the Kayaking Activity Type, Grading and abbreviations.

The Activity type is being changed from "K" to "KY".

The grading and abbreviations are being changed to make them more consistent with the gradings and abbreviations for the walk activities. The boat (B), Trip Type (T) and the Personal (P) gradings have been replaced with a Terrain (T) grading (composite B & T) and a Fitness (F) grading.

These changes which have been approved by the committee will take effect from the start of October 2021.
