Patrick D. Quinn, 64, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1941, in Greensburg, son of Henry F. and Irene McArdle Quinn. He was a retired electrician for I.B.E.W. (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Local Union #5 of Pittsburgh. Patrick was a graduate of Greensburg High School, class of 1959, and attended Villanova University. He was a member of the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg. Patrick enjoyed spending time with friends and family and his dog, "Bailey". He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Quinn Gallagher; and two brothers, H. William and Edward D. Quinn. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Arlene Urbani Quinn; two sons, Shawn P. Quinn and wife, Andrea, of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Ryan W. Quinn, of Greensburg; a sister, Mary Catherine Quinn, of Greensburg; numerous nieces and nephews and in-laws who thought of him as a brother, Robert and Mary Jane, Richard and Gloria, Jerry and Linda and Dennis Urbani, Richard and Bonnie (Urbani) Pregrad and Donna Urbani Roscoe. Donna L. (Rahl) Thomas, 78, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born Oct. 23, 1941, in Greensburg and was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Jennie Felice Rahl. She was a member of St. Paul Church and the SNPJ Club. Donna enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. Prior to raising her family, she was a switchboard operator with PPG Industries, where she met her husband of 59 years. She began a career in real estate in 1974 and went on to become the manager of Addleman Realty Co. She concluded her career with Northwood Realty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis E. "Frank" Thomas Sr., in 2018. She is survived by her four children, Sharon Zane (Don), of Davie, Fla., and Francis E. "Frank" Thomas Jr. (Karen), Karla Samuel (David) and Kristie Thomas (Jeff Pearce), all of Greensburg; her beloved grandson, Kevin Samuel; two sisters, Charlene Brown, of Greensburg, and Sandra Rahl (Jerry DiLossi), of Blackwood, N.J.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

James D. Rugh, 69, of Salem Township, passed away suddenly Sunday, July 11, 2010, at his home. He was born May 12, 1941, in Greensburg, son of the late Ralph G. and Lulu (Carr) Rugh. James is survived by his loving wife, Janet (Schisler) Rugh, to whom he was married for 46 years; two sons, James D. Rugh II and his wife, Melissa, of Salem Township, and Robert Rugh and his wife, Robin, of Hempfield Township; his loving and devoted granddaughter, Madison Rugh; two sisters, Sara Zolock and her husband, Steve, of Belle Vernon, and Irene Hanna and her husband, Mark, of Export; and nieces and nephews. James worked for many years as a dairy farmer, and enjoyed working with Adam, Cory and Eric. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau and was also a member of Latrobe Presbyterian Church.
