. Do you think Egyptian tortoise is a kind of extinct animal or not? We welcome to introduce some inner information about this type of animal.This will help you to get information about turtles, to hang beautiful pictures inside schools ,to make magazine about turtles and try to be member of animals'protectors now or in the future.The purpose is to develope the 21st century skills and to be creative students.

Our project will start with an introduction, several pages about the topic and pages for participating , then workplan template and survey .

* students use websites to get more knowledge about the red sea . Students visit 'geography teachers' to exchange information. students use mobile phone camera to take photos . Students create blog and search also for getting knowledge from magazines and school library.

*We expect students to get knowledge about the Red Sea.Students are expected to create blogs ,websites and use power point programme to produce their task.

*The standards level of students from seven age to 18 years old.

* Students should be creative , co operative , researchers and using High technology by using the 21st century skills.

* Our resources for our project from using students books and researching ,using the webs and real facts inside our school.

* The standard of our project is suitable for all ages from younger to older.

* The outcomes , we expected is to produce a video , power point , reports and drawings.

* Students should be able to apply 21th century skills as below:

!.Critical thinking;

We collected our ideas and distribute them among the team .So we produce articles , drawings , diagram , survey and do experiments and lots of researches.

2.Creativity relativity;

As a team we create power point , documentation and and introducing flash about our imaginary and we make blog .

3.Teamwork;

We have made discussion ,survey , calls , emails and celebrate our doings , co operated and helping each other to achieve our goal and finish our project.

4. Cross –cultural understanding;

We collaborate with other across border or with our partners outside our countries because we have one idea and one goal and we meet together across thinkquest. Email threads, exchanges (postcards, photos,

videos).

5.Communication;

.To communicate with others We set conversation records, group process reports, interview recordings, blogs and emails.

6.Technology;

We have email threads, graphs, realrecordings, photographs, physical

models, word processed documents, spreadsheets, graphic files, video,

We have an appointment calendars, library search records, notes, telephone logs, short reflective paragraphs, or to-do lists.

So this grat subject shold be taught inside the classes and make magazines inside schools as it has great benefits to all communities and humanity.

The project's essential problem, question or issue:

What do you know about Egyptian tortoise? Is it herbal or not ? Is it big or small ?How does such turtle live?And how can we keep it from extinction?

There are several kinds of turtles ;some of them are wild others are tame.The Egyptian tortoise is a tame one which can't eat meat or tough food .It is a kind of herbal one which only lives on grass or vegetables. It is a kind of extinct animals.

Like other reptiles, all turtles are cold-blooded; their bodies temperature about matches the temperature of their envirnoments. They are found living in deserts, forests , grasslands, lakes, marshes, ponds, wet lands, coastal areas and in the oceans

Turtles

Turtles are one of the oldest animals on our planet with traces back to the time of the dinosours . Turtles belongs to the order Testudines. Most turtles have hard shels , created from their ribes that acts as sort of body armour. There are salt turtles and fresh water turtles.

The First Experience with turtles is for one of the team( gamala.asi25) . Another amature who interests in taking care of turtles tells us about his new experience . He says " whenI started researching for turtle I also started writing down the things I learned to take care of my turtle which I bought since 2000".As I have little experience in bringing up turtle I begin to search for lots of information either by reading or log in the net. Finally I wrote the good staff of information that improve my turtle without costing me a for tune .

How can you keep your pet turtle healthy, reduce the need to visit the Vet , and save money on turtle food?

Turtle is not an easy animal to look after,His water getting dirty very quickly and he did not seem happy at all.

It needs , Lightning, Heating, Water Level, Diet and you name it.

Some advices: You don't need to buy specialist turtle food , too much . this is bad for your turtle and there are much cheaper alternatives. You should learn that you don't need to go to the Vet everytime. Your tuetle becomes ill. There are cheap tratments and even home remedies , you can use instead.

So , with right environment for your turtle , your turtle will become healthy . In fact, when you have the right knowledge turtles are an easy pet to care for and what's more they are very rewarding and cheap to keep. Never forget that

" pervention is better than cure".
