Me and my peers are happy to introduce some new ideas that help our world to develope to new and better world as we find solution to our environment by using renewable energy that extracting from plants , even the leaves and plant waste. You can't imagine that we managed to use the leaves of cotton and the seeds to produce Ethanol and bio diesel.It is not only from cotton plant but also from Corn and sugar cane.Here we concentrate on cotton plant , as it has innumerous uses either inside your home or outside it , using the seeds and fiber. we do researches and write down reports , after meeting with experts and specialists . We create blog ,imaginary paintings , presentation , documents,posters and held a trip into a farthest farm from our city to collect information , taking photos and brings some seeds and leaves. We managed also to make an interview with specialists and farmer at the spot.So the standard of students are available from six to 19 years old.The Curriculum should includes lots of researches and support with pictures to be available to all ages.So the learning outcomes are appeared in our products inside our project as using Mobile camera and video.We create blog and poster, we also draw our future dream for our Earth planet. Also we present documents , diagrams , presentation and doing experiments to conver leaves into Ethanol and the seeds into Bio diesel.So our goal is to apply 21the century skills.As below:

So this grat subject shold be taught inside the classes and make magazines inside schools as it has great benefits to all communities and humanity.

It is no strange nowadays to convert any plants residues into Ethanol and bio diesel only by doing some changing or adding to its components with the fermentation stage. .That was operated with corn and sugare cane before and now we operate our experience with Cotton leaves. It is very easy and try it by your own and believe us.
So ,
as we know that plants always make their own food through photosynthesis process ,where glucose sugar is formed first ,then it converts into starch..Here , plants absorb carbone dioxide gas and dismiss Oxygen. And If you trap Oxygen inside a bottle and put closely a burning light of a candle ,it will burn because oxygen increases in glowing and light up.
- Sunlight
Carbon dioxide gas +water → glucose sugar + oxygen
Here is own own experience in steps:
First: Dry amount of cotton leaves in sunlight for one hour .
Second: Grind the leaves
Third : Amount of semolina or starch(that man can dispense it)or not for eating or to cause shortage of human food.)
Fourth: Yeast(Packmaya or Saccharomyces cerevisias) .
Fifth: Adding Alfa Amylase enzyme which activates the mixture and converts
Glucose into Alcohol
Six: Mix all the contains together in a transplant bowel or bottle and close it tightly and leave the mixture For fermentation of about24 hours.
*Notice :
. We notice that Yeast helps to convert carbohydrates into Glucose sugar.
After fermentation which took one day at least, we saw a brown water as wine
Adding Amylase activates the mixture by converting Glucose into Alcohol.
All of us felt the extreme smelling of Ethanol
It is really very easy experiment. Enjoy doing it by yourself.
Ethanol absorbs Oxygen and expel Carbon Dioxide which can be filled in car engine
To drive easily and to have a car friend with environment and prevent pollution

So bio diesel is a renewable energy source derived from any plant oil as cotton or corn or sugar cane after fermentation

We'd like to talk about both American and Egyptian cotton and the benefits of its uses.
For our knowledge from Ibn Badoda’s travels books that Arab merchants introduced cotton cloth to Europe around Ad. Later Columbus came to America , he found Cotton growing inBahama islands , then it was known around the world .America is considered nowadays thelargest exporter for many years and China is the largest producer of cotton , but most is useddomestically.
What really admire us is the high quality of Egyptian cotton fiber It is cheap and easily uses for its thin fiber for many years. Although cotton was planted in Egypt for thousand years ago , it is not known to the ancient Egyptian.
All facts refers to Mohamed Ali Basha the founder of modern Egypt about two centuries ago , he introduced the commercial production of cotton in Egypt.
We’d like to talk now about cotton uses , and if we talk about cotton uses ,we concentrate on two major materials which we mean Fiber and Seeds. It is really a complete life of cotton .That If we talk about Fiber ,we don’t forget our clothing or what protect us from the extremes of life either cold or hot . Be sure that your main protector is cotton fiber. I have a smile when I look to that nice T-shirt , trousers /pants, towels , table or cabinet covers or sheets to cover our beds. Yes, it is lovely and beautiful shapes, that I never forget. For Seeds, there are innumerous uses of seeds that when we separate the fiber from the seeds come the major products chiefly textile and yarn, goods , cortège , automobile –tire cord , and plastic reinforcing and it is also used as paint maker as semi drying oil. The linter s are valuable source of cellulose .cotton hulls are used for fertilizer and packing fiber from the stalks used for press paper and cardboard . It is also used for medical supplies .What we want to concentrate here is the oil and leaves of cotton. That when extract oil from the seeds after separating it from the linter through pressure , weobtain the crude oil which uses in soap and cosmetics production and after refining ,it is used in cooking and salad .From our Knowledge that cotton seeds are rich in proteins . It is usually marked for animal feed.
We talked in our presentation ‘Brother’ about how converting the leaves of cotton after grinding them with yeast and Amylase Enzyme and starch into Ethanol .as we know that Cotton seeds after the pressing process , we obtain crude oil and through boiling it in a high extreme heat and pure it from wastes , it can be converted into bio diesel .
From studies, the full energy of cotton seeds has to be adjusted to account for its beingprocessed into fuel, the oil alone from the seeds can be generate almost 20 gallon of Biodiesel. So converting the oil into bio fuels , such as Ethanol and bio diesel to directly reducethe demand for petroleum –based liquid fuels as well as to potentially improve air quality.
Some drivers believe that it is important to change the engine of normal cars into bio diesel car engine, this is not correct ; the same engine after cleaning it , it can be easily to fill in biodiesel and to full streets of cities with clean air. Our talk about cotton ‘the snowball’ of earth. As we know cotton plants are thinned and weeded during the spring growing season . Diseases and insects pests are numerous , especially the main enemy which is “the boll weevil” which has caused enormous losses for all plants and locusts which eats the leaves of plants. This leads to using pesticides and herbicides to kill insects but using pesticides as DDT, Toxaphone and methyl parathion to eliminate bollweevils have led to major ecosystem imbalance or global warming and resulting cropsfailures. So researchers invented something lively to kill the weevil of corns and boll weevil .It is the “Tricograma worm” this lively worms put upon the eggs of ball weevil to kill the weevils without causing any damage to the crops or environment. Dr. Adel Abu Salama told us about that and provide us with a large space of power point of how we manage to kill insect by a lively , safe insect which is called “Tricograma ”.So thanks for our researchers ‘ efforts.
