On Thursday, March 7th, we had a robot demo and Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A. All day, if a patron presented a ticket that we gave them, we received 20% of the proceeds, and from 5-8pm we showed the robot to patrons. Kids were allowed to drive the 2012-2013 robot, and try to hang rings on the partial rack we have built. We are still waiting to receive the final total so we can acknowledge them correctly on our Sponsors Page.
Our next Outreach Project is a demo at the FIRST Robotics Competition North Carolina State Tournament on Saturday at the J. S. Dorton Arena in Raleigh.
