The Bio-Bots are excited as we head into the final week of preparation for the State Tournament!
The robot is completed, with some minor tinkering on the Arm still required for it to be tournament ready. The Arm is pulling backwards so that
is tilting the whole assembly, jamming the Arm against the top of the section connected to the Chassis. We are working on a solution to keep
all of the Arm segments aligned so they can slide smoothly.
The robot can now hang rings on the second row, and an Autonomous program is being worked on to hang the ring on the second row of the
IR Column. In practice runs, we are consistently scoring 50 points on our single-column practice rack. That number may become higher with
row bonuses in actual competition!
