& Thank You’s
Post Cards are wonderful ways to say hello when one is away. And, they are also great for conveying appreciation while one is missing their home and all their loved ones.
Likewise, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude & give thanks to those special people who have supported me throughout this Masters journey.
First, I would like to thank my sister and my mom, for their continued support and patience over the past two years. You’ve both listened to lots of technical and theoretical garb when I was so excited about what I was learning that I had to tell someone before I burst, you listened whether or not you understood what I was talking about – Thank You! You’ve also been forced to watch the movies I’ve made for different courses (in every stage of the process) that you had no clue about or interest in but watched anyways – I appreciate it more than you know! I appreciate the time you both take out of your day to make my day easier so that I can stay focused and diligent! I also appreciate your little reminders to take breaks periodically so that I could stay focus on the prize - graduation!
Secondly, I would like to thank my MET instructors and MET administrators who have been supportive and encouraging over the past two years. Their unwavering support over the past couple years has been very empowering for me as I’ve been introduced to working in the Professional Academia Community.
Thirdly, I would like to thank my MET colleagues for joining me on this journey, learning with me, supporting me and mentoring me at times when I needed it. This journey is one I will never forget largely because of the people I’ve met along the way. The various MET CoP’s I’ve been a part of have been amazing experiences in my learning! Thank you to all of you!
Fourth, I would like to thank my students who have cheered me on along the way. They have been very encouraging and extremely patient with me as I have been experimenting with my new tech skills over the past couple years!
Lastly, I would like to thank my work colleagues who have been extremely supportive over the past few years of my extra busy schedule and supportive of my newly acquired technical skills.
With Sincere Appreciation, I Thank You All Dearly!
