Criteria Checklist

Deadlines For Completing Each Criteria

All work on each Criteria MUST be completed by end of class on the dates given below. Your work MUST be saved in your shared folder under your school number - in the Information Technology Folder - and in a sub-folder named after each criterion.

For example go to the main folder called SDS1

Find your YEAR e.g. Grade 10

Find your TUTOR GROUP e.g. 10(class letters)

Find your SCHOOL NUMBER e.g. 1234

Under your school number create a folder and call it Design Technology

Under your Design Technology Folder create 5 sub-folders and name them as follows.

1.Investigation

2. Design

3. Plan

4. Create

5. Evaluate

**** Number them as above as this will sort them in the correct sequence order.

See Submitting WorkWork submitted by the deadline will be treated as a 1st Draft and marked by your Techer a Feedback form will then be sent to your email address (if supplied) and you will then have time until the end of the project to improve your work. Further verbal feedback will be given automatically if you have any problems and after your first draft you can ask the Teacher to help or explain what you need to do to improve your work.

Work not saved in the correct folder or on the school computer system (ie. in some other folder, at home, in your laptop, on a pen drive etc. etc.) will be treated as not submitted by the deadline and will result in a detention.

Extensions to your deadline can only be granted on strictly unavoidable circumstances and must be requested in advance with a note from parents explaining why.

Failure to submit your work by the Deadline will result in DETENTION to complete your work. This work will then be marked as above.

Rotation 1 Grades 10
