Here are my suggestions for success ...

1. Read the passage in the textbook from start to finish.
   Try to understand the main idea.
   

2. Underline and check the meaning of any new vocabulary.
   

3. Do all of the study quizzes on davesll.
   - have your textbook beside you when you do the quizzes
   - check your answers as you study
   - fix any mistakes to get higher scores
   - you can also repeat the quizzes if necessary
   

4. Do the review assignment(s).
   

5. Remember to click "submit all and finish" at the end of each assignment.
   - If you don't submit your work, your score will remain 0%.
   

6. Ask me or a study partner for help anytime you need it.
   - some exercises can be challenging...
   

7. Finish all the assignments; check your grades and celebrate.
