How to do the EnglishCentral Academic membership assignments...

This is the student's course page on the EnglishCentral website.

Here are the instructions for completing your assignments...

Go to EnglishCentral.com and login.

Click on [My classes] and go to the student's course page.

Take a quick look at your score for...
overall progress
words learned
lines spoken

Click on [Videos].

Click on any video that looks short, easy-to-understand and interesting.
If the videos look difficult or too long, change your EnglishCentral level.
You can do this in the settings menu.
Just click on the icon or photo in the top right corner of the page.

You are now on the video page, so it's time to do the exercises...

Watch the Video
- Click on the video.
- Watch it and listen from start to finish.
- Try to understand the main idea.

Learn the Words
- Select the words you want to learn
- Click [Learn words]
- Watch the video clip
- Type the word you heard
If you typed correctly the word will turn green
If you typed incorrectly, press [enter] and check your answer
You can now retype your answer
- Complete all of your selected words
You can now click [continue] or [Speak the Lines]

Speak the Lines
- Select the lines you want to speak
- Click [Speak lines]
- Watch the video clip
- Speak the line
・listen
・remember
・repeat
・don't read the subtitles
Click the microphone icon to start / stop recording
The first time you might have to click [allow] to permit the website to access your computer's microphone.
- Note your score in the top right corner of the video
Try again if you want to get a higher score.
- Complete all of your selected lines.

Repeat this process until you have achieved your desired score.

You can check your score anytime.
Click on [My classes] and go back to the student's course page.
