Download the video file and change the playback speed.
Here's how...
Windows Media Player
Play the video.
If necessary, use Ctrl + 3 to switch to Now Playing mode.
2. Right-click the main area of the screen and choose Enhancements > Play speed settings.
3. Use the slider to adjust the playback speed.
VLC Media Player
Play the video.
You can control the playback speed of a video in VLC using keyboard shortcuts:
SLOW DOWN: use the [ key on the keyboard
SPEED UP: use the ] key on the keyboard
NORMAL SPEED: use the shift + = keys on the keyboard
