From the time I was a Field Director, I have enjoyed training, teaching, and developing staff under my supervision. I have trained 11 District Executives, a District Director and a Program Director.
In the Bay-Lakes Council I am currently training a Camping Director and was training a Program Director prior to the council restructure. I often find myself mentoring staff at all levels.
