I began my service as a District Executive in January 2002. While in the Lewis and Clark Trail District I learned the basics of volunteer recruitment, finance campaign management, new unit development, program development, and volunteer service.

Camp Director for Akela Camp, 2005-2007 (Cub Scout and parent camp)
Program Director for Lewis and Clark Scout Camp, 2003 & 2004
Designed and implemented the Missouri River High Adventure Base program

Maintained 30% Cub Scout membership density while total available youth declined
Boy Scout membership growth all four years
Started 21 new units
Friends of Scouting raised between $33,000 and $39,000

Balanced growth with 7% traditional membership and 8% unit growth in 2002
