Medium Modifications
The present focus of the medium modifications project is to understand the absorption of kaons inside the nucleus. Therefore, we are analyzing the kaon yields with the g7a data set.
The goal is produce transparency ratios of the neutral kaon for the nuclei of carbon, iron, and lead. The transparency ratios have three ingredients:
- yields
- number of target nuclei
- detector acceptances
