Summer 2018 Task List

1. Learn about docker and the docker CLAS6 by Nick Tyler.
2. Create and account on buford.canisius.edu and start a docker container.
3. Compile filterCT_PipPimPi0 in docker on buford.
4. Include filtrCT_PipPimPi0 in docker CLAS6 build
5. Filter Orlando's eg2 simulation files with filterCT_PipPimPi0.
6. Test the output of filterCT_PipPimPi0. This output should be analyzed with ctProcess_omega without errors.
