Students and Parents,

Crazy how many weeks have gone by and we have only had a dozen or so school days in this term!

Lesson Update:

Today students learned about what practices and skills are characteristics of someone who is "Career Ready". Students collaborated and came up with this list of important skills and characteristics! RESULTS Students will be evaluated on these practices throughout the year, using the THIS rubric.

Tomorrow, students will have a chance to practice these skills in a simple group challenge! Exciting!

We will soon move into "Inventions and Innovations". This is where we will look at great inventions and inventors!

Grades Update:

Most grades are updated but there are a few students that have not turned in their Types of Technology Projects.

I am also working on helping some students who did not do so well on our last test.

Thanks for all the hard work thus far in the semester! I believe the behavior and "Professionalism" of this half of students will enable us to catch-up on the lessons we need to make up thanks to snow and hopefully get to some of the projects that other classes have missed out on because of behavior!

USB Drives... Tomorrow is the new deadline! Please order one from Mr. Elias if you have not done so! They are extremely useful in my class!
