Rhonda Guy has been contracted by the City of Maxwell since 2008 to oversee and train city personnel. Rhonda holds a Grade II State of Iowa Wastewater Operators Certificate and a Grade II State of Iowa Water Treatment Operators Certificate.
Waterbills are due the 15th of every month. After the 15th a $20 late fee is attached to the bill. We will then send a second notice with shut-off date. If a resident hasn't paid by the shut-off date the water is then shut-off with a $35 reconnect fee added to the bill.
Rates for water is $16.00 for the first 1500 gallons and then $3.00 for every 1,000 gallons after.
