Planning & Zoning Board

The Planning & Zoning Board consists of 5 members, who shall be residents of the city. They have the power and duties and privileges in establishing the City zoning regulations and other related matters. They will look at recommendations for improvement on public property, review and comment on plats, review and comment on street and park improvements.
