Membership Process

The Membership Officer is responsible for:

  • ·         Applicants' requirements for residence and membership status 

    ·         Boat insurance information

    ·         Waivers compliance

    ·         Membership cards distribution

    ·         Monitoring payments and initiate refunds in support to the Treasurer

    ·         publication of the deadline in the Base routine orders via R1 executive

    ·         reminding returning members of the deadline (approx mid-Feb)

    ·         Provide membership updates at EXCO meetings

    ·         Send the Club welcome letter to new members

    ·         Maintain master list database

    ·         Update online application

    ·         Update webpage mooring list
