Membership Process

The Membership Officer is responsible for:

    • · Applicants' requirements for residence and membership status
    • · Boat insurance information
    • · Waivers compliance
    • · Membership cards distribution
    • · Monitoring payments and initiate refunds in support to the Treasurer
    • · publication of the deadline in the Base routine orders via R1 executive
    • · reminding returning members of the deadline (approx mid-Feb)
    • · Provide membership updates at EXCO meetings
    • · Send the Club welcome letter to new members
    • · Maintain master list database
    • · Update online application
    • · Update webpage mooring list
