Membership Process
The Membership Officer is responsible for:
- · Applicants' requirements for residence and membership status
- · Boat insurance information
- · Waivers compliance
- · Membership cards distribution
- · Monitoring payments and initiate refunds in support to the Treasurer
- · publication of the deadline in the Base routine orders via R1 executive
- · reminding returning members of the deadline (approx mid-Feb)
- · Provide membership updates at EXCO meetings
- · Send the Club welcome letter to new members
- · Maintain master list database
- · Update online application
- · Update webpage mooring list
