Clubhouse Booking

The clubhouse is available for functions during boating season. It is not available during the Learn to Sail Course in early June.

The Entertainment Officer (EO) is responsible for the management of the clubhouse.

The VCmdre will seek a sponsor for the event if not part of Club activities.  The sponsor is required to open, verify that all is in order, and then close the clubhouse.  VCmdre will also inform the Duty Officer of the event.

Club members have complete access to the clubhouse during the applicant's events and Club activities cannot be curtailed.

User fees apply when using the following membership equipment:

Payment is by cheque made to Base Fund or a NPF transfer from the unit fund to the CFBKYC GL. 

The Clubhouse can only accommodate 40 guests comfortably inside and another 40 outside on the patio.

Use of the clubhouse does not include the access to the dock area inside the fence.

The Club has no cleaning services. Cleaning is the responsibility of the event OPI.

Use of the clubhouse is at your own risks.

Members can book the clubhouse free of charge for small family gathering (less than 20). An application must be submitted to deconflict with other events.

The Yacht Club falls under CFB Kingston and alcohol cannot be consumed on Base. See CFBKYC - Alcohol Policy
