How to create an effective Executive Committee (EXCO)

• We are a team and we rely on each other
• We needs to share a common vision and grow our fundation
• The Club well being comes before your own
• We must recognize and respect limitations of our volunteer status
• Problem solving and decision making is expected
• Communication between ourselves and with the members is essential
• The success of the EXCO is the result of granting power and responsibility
• We must ask how we are doing and adjust accordingly
• Respect for others
