Effective Treatment Plans
If you are lucky, one of these effective methods is available to you, because mental health and the courts spoke with a unified, correct voice:
Disclaimer: Central Ohio Parental Alienation has no treatment experience with any of the people mentioned on this page, has no legal or medical credentials, and offers no legal or medical advice.
Brian Ludmer lists the places that offer structured intervention and explains what treatments work, which don't, and why.

In his "Foundations" book , Dr Childress discuss treatment plans that work very quickly, IF mental health speaks with an informed, unified voice and courts take a no nonsense and informed approach, by protecting the child temporarily from the negative influence of the Alienator. Two sites referenced by Dr Childress are the Conscious Co-parenting institute and Family Bridges. Family bridges has a very high , peer reviewed success rate as does Dr Reay's Family Reflections. More critique by Dr. Childress on reunification therapy: "They can just make stuff up. Whatever they want. They can even make up a new form of therapy – 'reunification therapy' – that is totally without any guiding principles and description for what it is. They can just make it up as they go and call it “reunification therapy.”
Bikers Against Child Abuse:
For a perspective on why children must be protected from the abuser, refer to Bikers Against Child Abuse, as described on Wikipedia, this NPR news article, and the 15 minute youtube video below (although there are many shorter ones around). The entire point is that the idea of sending kids to reunification counseling without protecting from the abuser is crazy and is destined to fail:
