Emily Kelting, P.E., earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut and Rhode Island. She serves as a Project Manager at Loureiro Engineering Associates, where she specializes in site development, stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, and construction administration, with experience spanning complex remediation projects, floodplain analysis, and large-scale residential development.
Christine Gray, P.E., earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. She serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Loureiro Engineering Associates, where she specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain analysis, dam safety and removal design, stream restoration, and regulatory permitting, with experience leading complex FEMA studies, watershed analyses, and large-scale river and restoration projects.
Jordan Hudak, P.E., holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. As Vice President of Building & Land Engineering at Loureiro Engineering Associates, he brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and facility projects for military installations, aviation environments, and regulated sites, combining extensive U.S. Air Force leadership experience with senior-level consulting expertise on large-scale design-build and mission-critical projects.
Kyle LeTourneau earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration and a Business Management minor from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He serves as a Project Engineer at Loureiro Contractors and brings experience in site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway improvements, and construction administration, with prior roles supporting public infrastructure, water main replacement projects, and heavy civil estimating for large-scale highway and bridge projects.
